Sweet Charlotte Teal and white polka dot skirt with Red ruffle, lined

Fabric: 100% cotton Lining appears to be polyester Hand wash or machine wash gentle and hang to dry Approximate measurements: 14” from top to hem 10.5” across at elastic waist Color is a teal-greenish blue with white polka dots. The waistband is red with a red lining and cotton red ruffle at the bottom. No noted rips or stains. The red is showing a little fading, mostly around the waistband. All in all, in good condition and would an adorable addition to your child’s wardrobe.
