Sweet Dreams Hand Smocked 12m Flowers & Bees Blue Baby Dress

Sweet Dreams blue hand smocked dress, size 12m. Within the smocking on the chest are embroidered bees and flowers. The dress is in good condition but there is a tiny faint untreated mark on the left strap and tiny pin holes going down the length of each tie belt (maybe stitch holes?).
