The color is slightly darker than the picture; not quite as pastel in real life. The bows are detachable so you can put them on your hair or clothing. I ordered these for $100 and never wore them because I recieved the wrong size :( The size isn't actually marked on the shoe so I'm not sure what size they were supposed to be. They are almost the exact length as my husbands sz 8 mens boots. So that's a 10womens.
