what numerical dress size would this best fit? thanks!

@ktbabe192 hi! I’m not exactly sure, I’m usually a small/ size 4 so I would say it’s for sure either a medium or a large.
I’ll share the measurements too: the waist is around 15 inches and the hip is 18 inches & there is stretch to the fabric. Hope this helps!! 🥰💕
