Sweet Pea & Lilli Velvet dress

This made in the USA boutique dress from upscale designer Sweet Pea and Lilli is absolutely stunning on. Soft black velvet bodice with gold fabric skirt. Fabric on skirt is embossed with black velvet flowers. I paid more than $90 for this new. Worn once. The matching size 6 sister dress is listed separately. Skirt has a lower layer of satin, crinoline in the middle, and overlay fabric on top. Zipper in back along with a ribbon that ties in the front or back. Really gorgeous.
