Sweet Pea Polka Dot Blouse

Mesh blouse with cap sleeves and an empire waist. Black connected sash that can be tied in back or wrapped around the front. Can be worn with a tank underneath or a nude bra. Easy to dress up or wear casually with jeans or white denim. Only one defect shown in last picture, 2 small holes on sleeve, not noticable when worn.
