Sweet Salt blue floral maxi dress

Made from a heavier, stretchy knit, this is a super comfortable dress. Great with a cardigan or a long necklace. I'm 5' 4" and its long on me, grazes the floor. I'd suggest its perfect on someone at least 5' 6". I don't know the best way to explain it, but the fabric is more the slippery kind of soft. I hope that makes sense.
