Sweet by Miss Me boho dress

black base with sewn on thread & velvet trim around neck & hemline. in great pre-loved condition... no signs of wear. ties in back at braided & have small wooden ball trim on each end above tassel. sleeves are a little ruched where they connect to dress by panel on front. measurements when laid flat: sleeves- approximately 23" shoulder to hemline- 35" elastic waist- 13" (15" - 15 1/2" when stretched) please check out all the photos & message me with any questions you might have before purchase... thanks a bunch!🤗
