Sweet semi formal dress

Sheer lines dress in pale blue with sequence lining the deep V neck line in the front. The shoulders also have two ties that tighten to make a cinched look you can tie as a bow to accent your shoulders. This is rouched around the bust and then flows down to the knees. I am 5'2 and it hits me mid calf. I never got around to wearing it but I do adore its accents. It's simple beauty it's not a 4 but is a size 3
