Sweet vintage 1970s men's shirt

Ultressa polyester shirt is off white with red and blue branches design. I love this shirt but just don't wear it. There are various small spots, see photos, but honestly they get lost in the pattern. I never tried to get them out so honestly they may come clean. No size but guessing men's small.
