Sweetest Strapless with Rosette Detail

Simply lovely strapless—I love the detail that went into the construction! Some of the rosettes have started to unwind (pictured), but I'm sure they could be rewound (I just have zero crafting skills!) It looks like each row is constructed from one piece of fabric. I'm a 34C and this is a little tight on me, but there's slight padding in the bust so could totally be worn without a bra. Length is 24"
