Sweetheart Neckline Polka Dot Mini Dress

Super girly Polka dot dress! Size small, the bust is 15 inches flat across. The top does have padding. Waist is 14 inches across. The skirt is lined with mesh for volume. The skirt is 16 inches from the waist down. I've never worn this dress but there are no tags. I did wash it once just to freshen it up because it has been in storage. It's now clean and ready to go from my closet to yours!
