This golden heart has a high prong open gallery setting beneath the rubies to allow maximum light through. The setting on the right (zirconia) side is lower. The setting and chain are both vermeil (yellow gold plated over sterling silver) in beautiful condition.
The heart measures 15 mm from top to bottom and 18 mm across. The bail is set off-center so the heart rests with the ruby side slightly higher than the cz side. Over all, it weighs 6 grams including the 20" chain.
