Swell brand pull over dress

Pull over dress with elastic waist and flowy sleeves. Cut out on lower back as pictured. Super comfortable, cute, and easy. Can be used as a beach cover or dressed up. More like a long mini dress- about knee length. Called blue and brown but more like blue and a rust color.
