Swell floral dress 🌊

Beautiful swell spaghetti strap tie dress with opening in the back. It's blue and white floral pattern, elastic runs right under the bust to fit you're slenderist parts. I wore once to a graduation ceremony, but it can also be a perfect summer festival dress. No signs of wear. I would recommend a bralette underneath, that is how I rocked it and it looked awesome. You can also wear without a bra, if not busty.
