Swim suit cover up BUT PRETTY ENOUGH FOR A DRESS

Black neck with a drawstring including tassels. Worn once. What was I thinking?!? I am not an xtra small. Truly, I just thought this would go with any swim suit so I succumbed to fashion temptation. This is a gauzy material so there is a little stretch. Pit to pit approx 20” Approx 18” where the blue trim is just below the bust Shoulder to hem approx 34”
