Swimsuit Cover-Up/Dress NWT - One Size

Gorgeous! Posting for my sister who bought this and then never wore it. It is a very flowing fabric (100% rayon) and very soft. Is sheer, unlined. Has very pretty embroidered details and jewels, sequins. Occasional light gray slubs and slight marks, came this way/ made this way. From shoulder down is about 38" but longer in the front. Chest is about 26" with dress laying flat. My sister wears a S/M but I am an XS and this fits me. Due to the nature of the design of the fit it also seems like it can fit a large. It is marked a "Free Size" so I think thinks this means "One size fits many". The measurements I listed are very, very approximate.
