Swimsuit coverup or dress or shirt

this is a very versatile piece. it can be worn as a swim suit coverup or dress with a high low hem, or as a loose shirt. size Xtra large and it's in great shape. there's a tie in front which is adjustable with the fabric and it's a high low hem high in front and low in back. great for vacation very tropical.
