Swiss dot off white mini dress loose fit

NWT (did not come with a tag, from Amazon) Never tried on & never worn. Swiss dot mini with v neck. Sleeves are see through and the rolled hem is sewn. See last pic for color comparison. Very odd white, not quite a cream color.
