Sweetest blouse by Syoney Tyler in size 6. Black with tiny white polka dots all over. Elastic neckline and the ruffled hem. Sleeves are more sheer but the same pattern and have elastic around hem of sleeve. Has lining. Polyester. Measurements are......46" in the bust area.....54" around the hemline....... about 28 1/2" in length. Made in India. Nice loose fit. Could even be worn as maternity blouse if you are small. Excellent condition.
