New with tag (but it fell off when i tried it on) Super cute shorts and a hoodie set. The hoodie is a crop. The shorts match the hoodie. The shorts have an at least elastic waist with a drawstring. Measurements are shown in the pictures The fabric Contant is 100% polyester, 35% cotton .. He has a very silky feel on the printed area, the black area is the cotton.
