Sz 10 Vintage Black Floral Bobbie Bee Party Dress

My favorite dress of all time - wish it still fit! Fabric is 97% cotton and 3% spandex. Lining is polyester and also has a crinoline skirt under for fullness. Strapless back has an adhesive strip that holds to your back. Front of dress is very flattering with an empire waist and beaded neck tie to hold the strapless front up. Skirt is gored, with a beautiful flippy bottom and midi length. Black-and-white large floral design. EUC. Pit to pit = 18" Waist = approximately 19" Length = 47"
