Measurements in photos, no stretch. I believe the boutique hemmed it for the person who was to wear it and they may have taken in something up near the shoulder--the top clasp feels more snug than it should even on a size 8. NWT But does have a little dust spot or something right on the top of the right shoulder, which would not be visible unless someone were looking straight down at it and will likely wash out ( This dupioni is full polyester and should be washable) Beautiful Carmen or Musetta gown, I suspect either hemmed or custom ordered but just never worn. If I measure it like a strapless only from the top of the bust line I get 49 inches down the front. (Because it does tie around the neck it is hard to determine where the shoulder top is.) NO MODELS-TRADES-LOWBALLS I videotape all items during packaging and will also affix a plastic tamper-proof tag bearing a unique serial number. This can be cut before the first wearing.
