Sz 8 Black Velvet Carol Anderson California Dress

This dress is in great condition! It is made of 100% rayon. This elegant dress is a sleeveless maxi dress. It zips in the back and part of the back is cut out. The dress is tight at the top but flows towards the bottom. There is a little paint missing off of the zipper. There is some slight creasing in the back from the way it has been laying.
