Sz. 8.5 Deb tan wedges

Very cute wedges I bought from Deb, worn 3 times. There's 2 black spots from tar bubbles on a hot summer day believe it or not. I've tried scrubbing it off. Feel free to make an offer :) these are in perfect condition other than the tar marks on bottom.
