Sz 8P Whirlaway Frocks NWT Blue Flora Deadstock Cottagecore Prairie Dress w/belt

Brand new from Montgomery Ward (Closed in 2001) Whirlaway Frocks dress features: pearled buttons, lace lapel, 100% polyester, matching belt, wide flowing skirt, nostalgia in buckets! MWard closed down in 2001, that is the NEWEST this can be. WFroks,no longer with us either, goes back to 1942. Their items are much sought after in the vintage marketplace, especially the prairie look. This piece goes along with that genre.. and it's NWT! One issue is the condition of the belt. Whatever material it is made of was not treated well by Time. When I found this dress it was wadded into a ball in a box in a closet at an estate sale. So look at the pics I included. The belt is folded up, but there are no cracks in the "leather". Was the dress worn? Kinda looks like it may have been tried on and the belt cinched up, but how do you wear it with these tags on the sleeves?. It's an 8 petite. shldr:16"; (don't forget the shoulder pads are here too.)elastic waist:26" unstretched, 3/4 slv:18" ;lngth:41"; hem:104". Very light, flowing polyester. Like new except for the belt(only shows on the inside of the belt). Lovely Little House look.
