shopqueen33 @parisgirl2005 hi! The bust measurement from pit to pit, unstretched is 19”. It EASILY stretches to 23”. The seam where the ruffle starts measures about 23” and doesn’t stretch much more than that. It is 23.5 inches down from the armpit. I hope this helps! I love this dress!!!
