Sz M 28 Mii Dii RARE Cutoffs Stretch Denim Jeans Mini Shorts Floral Embroidered

I wasn't able to find much information about this brand, Mii Dii. Care tags don't have any English writing. They feel like good quality denim, with solid seams, stitching, etc. They have some stretch to them, so I believe they are a cotton/spandex blend fabric. They're in very good condition and have embroidery on the back pocket in a cute pattern that almost looks tribal/Native American. Size tag says M 160/68A. Please see pics for my measurements.
