It has full length sleeves and built-in stretch in the lightweight fabric, which seems to be a mix of nylon and Spandex. Made in the USA, this is from the early 1990's. With such wonderful light fabric, this is the perfect top to either wear on its own or to layer under a sweater or blouse.
