Sz Small Sheer Blue Open Back Top Elastic Waist Maxi Dress LIKE NEW

This dress is size small and made by Jealous Tomato. It is made with 100% polyester and hand washable. The top part is sheer, buttons up the back and is open in the back. The skirt part is fully lined and has an elastic waist. This dress is very gently worn, in like new condition, no rips or stains, might have some wrinkling with shipping. It measures 17" across at the bust, the waist measures 12" across unstretched and it is approximately 59 1/2" in length. Very nice dress.
