Beautiful long floral skirt with lace bottom Fully lined Size only states "petite" on tag but I'm guessing 12 - 14 petite Has elastic waste so there is room for adjustment No material tag but feels like a polyester blend This is a lovely skirt and I promise you won't be disappointed
