T by Alexander Wang Pleated Scuba Teal Green Dress

Condition: slightly used, no flaws. Dry cleaned. Size: Fits US 2-4, will not fit 6-8. Size is more towards a small. Color: Teal green Material: unknown, feels like those scuba material but lighter and softer. Brand name tag is attached but fabric and size tag inside was not on the dress for some reason.
