T by Talbots casual dress

B/W striped casual dress. Button pockets on front, 3 button closure on back. This is great to throw on to run errands, and I've worn it as a swim cover-up at the beach. Armpit to armpit is 19 in, length is 34 in. Washed in cold and hung to dry.
