Velvet or velour, four way stretch fabric. Perfect for a charity gala, black tie wedding or event, prom, formal holiday party or New Year’s Eve! Mesh panel details, sleeveless, round neck, zip back, extra long maxi length (I’m 5’8ish), single leg slit. Stretchy; it fits small or medium well, loose but doable on a size extra small. Surprisingly comfortable and stylish. Materials are high quality and decent heft. Excellent condition. Comes with FREE 22” velvet or velour (not sure) opera gloves! Dress Measurements: NOTE: Fabric stretches up to 4”! Add 4” to bust, waist, or hips!
