Good morning @ashdee1. Thank you for your message. This dress is gorgeous and it is in perfect condition. Yes, it does come with the matching navy belt. I purchased it because I am a wedding officiant and wanted it for my wardrobe closet, but I’ve lost 30 pounds and it is now too large for me.
