The actual color is called WHITE according to the tag attached to the 2 PC garment. The jacket measures approximately 23" from top to bottom and offers 3 fancy buttons on the front with 2 pockets with ribbons and the skirt measures approximately 23" from top to bottom and offers a 2" waistband as seen in the pictures. The shell is 100% cotton and the lining is 100%acetate.
