TAI D initial necklace gold tone with precious and semiprecious stones

Gold colored chain necklace with a pendant shaped like the letter D. Pendant is made of a series of stones. Using a Presidium Gem Tester, several test closer to glass, with some quartz mixed in. The dark blue stones test as spinels, and the pink/red ones test as rubies. The chain is not marked with a metal content, however it is not magnetic so it is likely a gold vermeil over silver. In good used condition with no known flaws. Pendant is approximately 0.75" long. Chain is approximately 18" with 2" extender.
