This 100% cotton floral popover blouse by Talbot's has buttons about halfway down the front that do up with loops. The fabric is on the sheer side. Burgundy, blue and yellow flowers with green foliage on a soft white background. There is elastic smocking on the cuffs and they end in a small ruffle. There is a ruffle around the neck as well. This has bust darts. Tag size M, please see photos for approximate measurements to ensure fit. Pit to pit 20 in , sleeve 25 in , length shoulder to hem 26.5 in . Very good pre-loved condition.
