TALBOT’S PAISLEY BLUE DRESS

Re-Poshing this dress. It’s in great shape, has a gathered collor and 3/4 sleeve which gathers at the sleeve hem (see picture). It’s great for warm weather, flattering since the design and material of the dress are loose and flow. The waist is 14 inches wide but is elastic and stretches. The length of the dress is shorter in the front than in the back (38 in the front and 42 in the back).There is a 10 inch ruffle at the bottom.
