TALBOTS WHITE AND BLACK TOP WITH BOW TIE.

This top is so cute. It's cotton and has a left side zip. It's really a classic and coupled with black or white.....a skirt, crop pants, and jeans. It's NWOT. I bought this top but it's just a little too large for me. It's mostly white with small black polka dots. You cannot go wrong with this top in summer unless you live in Florida you can wear it 9 months of the year.
