TALBOTS Wool Raincoat NWOT

A very elegant Raincoat by Talbots. Has all the goodies hoodie buttons on and off as you desire, snaps up in front Covers all the way up to neckband with snaps for warmth, 2 front pockets with leather like feeling seam on the outside. I cannot boast this Coat enough as it a very nice raincoat. Suede Material inside is extremely warm .
