EUC! This is a really cute past-season sleeveless top from Talbots features rows of decorative fabric and trim work at the neckline and sleeves. (They don’t make them like this anymore!) It has a 3–1/2 “ slit at the hemline to allow the top to be more flattering. The top measure is 25 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom the shirt. It is imported from Indonesia.
