TARGET Black Blouse Sheer Chiffon Crop

This blouse is super cute by Target. It’s a cropped length with an elasticized waist and blousy long sleeves. This has a scoop neckline and can be worn on or off the shoulders. This is gently pre loved. It’s a L/XL (not sure because my daughter cut the tag off the back- itchy). The top is meant to be loose fit. The front has a pleat so it’s perfect if you’re busty.
