TARNISH 100% WOOL ITALIAN MADE SLOUCHY HAT

Super unique 100% wool hat. Made in Italy. Looks funky but is oddly flattering and fun when worn. Features a leather tie that can be adjusted however you please. The leather is peeling off unfortunately, but the rest of the hat is in excellent condition (see photos).
