TART Dress

Fun straps and back O detail. All the spaghetti straps that make up the strap detail are sewn together so they lay neat and flat. Slightly flowy style but goes straight down. Modal spandex fabric is thick enough to hang nicely and not be see through but light enough to have some flow. 33.5" from high point shoulder to hem. I wore this once to a casual beach wedding. Fabric doubled in bust area. Wish I was still a size S because I'd be keeping it. 😊 Pretty navy blue color.
