TAXCO Modernist Heart Brooch by Melicio Rodriguez Vtg 925 Sterling Silver Rare

This lovely brooch is handmade by silversmith artist Melesio Rodriguez of Taxco, Mexico. Mr Rodriguez was an exceptional silversmith with an impressive resume. I believe this brooch may have been crafted somewhere between 1940 to 1950. It is a gorgeous piece of modern art and definitely reflects the masters abilities. It is so elegant in its simplicity.
