TCEC Abstract Plaid Skirt

Stretchy waistband skirt with a very cool pattern. Very unique, nothing else like it. Fabric material has a nice drape. Condition: Like new, Small darker area on white area on inside of skirt. Barely noticeable and can't be seen when worn. Flowy skirt on the outside and another straight skirt underneath. Material: 94% Polyester 6% Spandex Waistband length when layed flat: 14" across Length: 15" overall
