NWT - never worn size S (size 2-4) TCEC brand halter style dress with ruffled collar, bottom and around arm holes. Baby blue and pink with golden brown leopard pattern- so girly! Zip back, unlined and made of made of silky polyester fabric- I thought it was silk it felt so soft, ha! Hits just above knee- around 33 in. It was a gift but I decided to pass it on! Super cute!
