TCP Velvet and silk Christmas dress

This is my absolute favorite dress that my daughter wore for Christmas. TCP black velvet bodice with tartan red, white, and black skirt. Sleeve cuffs are tartan, too, and the neckline is silky ivory with gorgeous details. I have a matching sister dress listed separately in size 5.
