TCS New York City Marathon Road Runners Poncho

I’m not exactly sure but I think this was given out to finishers in 2018 after the marathon. It is a poncho with a non-removable hood. It is fleece lined. Mint condition looks new. It is approximately armpit to armpit 30.5 inches, back at the bottom of the collar to the hem is 40 inches and shoulder to shoulder approximately 23 inches. It is fleece lined and has Velcro on the front to close shut.
